By signing up for any membership or service at Victorious Dojo, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which govern the relationship between you and Victorious Dojo Sàrl.
Please read these terms carefully before entering into any agreement with us.
2. Description of Services
Victorious Dojo Sàrl is a combat sports training facility offering group training and private coaching in various combat disciplines. We provide a wide range of classes and personal training sessions designed to meet the needs of all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.
3. Membership Plans
Please note that our memberships:
- Are *non-refundable* and *non-cancellable* after the signing of the membership contract.
- Are *not automatically renewable*. Once a membership expires, the client will be notified and can choose to renew the membership for a further period.
Victorious Dojo reserves the right to amend the membership rates at any time. Each affiliate will be notified of these changes and asked whether they consent. If an affiliate does not consent to the change in price, they are free to cancel their membership.
Victorious Dojo Sàrl reserves the right to terminate your contract at any point in time without notice. This will occur if an individual does not adhere to the Dojo Policy of Conduct as posted on our official website. If an individual uses excessive strength during training, verbal abuse towards staff or others, or in any way compromises the safety and integrity of Victorious Dojo, they will be immediately expelled from the facility and their contract will be immediately terminated with no possibility of refunds.
4. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Group Lessons:
- Cancellations can be made up to *30 minutes* before the scheduled class time via the VirtuaGym app.
- If a cancellation is made within 30 minutes of the class, or if the client fails to attend without canceling, a *20 CHF charge* will be applied for the missed group lesson that the member will have to pay upon their next entry into the facility.
Private Lessons:
Cancellations must be coordinated directly with the coach or through the Victorious Dojo reception. If canceled less than 1 hour before the start of the session, or if the client fails to attend without warning, a *150 CHF charge* will be invoiced to the member.
5. Booking and Payments
All class bookings, purchases, and payments are handled exclusively through the *VirtuaGym* platform. You agree to use the platform to manage your bookings and payments as per the instructions provided by Victorious Dojo.
6. Third-Party Software
Victorious Dojo Sàrl utilizes third-party software provided by *VirtuaGym*, therefore obligating all affiliates to utilize the service for the management of class bookings, payments, and membership services. By accepting these terms and conditions, you agree to comply with VirtuaGym’s terms of use and policies, which may be updated from time to time.
7. Liability
Victorious Dojo Sàrl will not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property during the participation in classes or while on the premises. Participation in all combat sports activities carries inherent risks, and clients must take personal responsibility for their safety within the facility.
Victorious Dojo Sàrl will not be held liable for any theft that occurs on the premises, each individual must hold responsibility for their own belongings.
Legal action against Victorious Dojo Sàrl does not excuse you from your payment obligations if you have an outstanding debt. All payments must be settled within the time limit, or fees will accrue.
Each individual affiliate is responsible for their personal information provided to Victorious Dojo. We decline any liability in the case of inaccurate information.
8. Modifications to Terms
Victorious Dojo Sàrl reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our services following such changes will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Geneva, Switzerland.
